What To Do When You Arrive
FRIDAY CHECK-IN
Check in at your hotel, then proceed to the A.R.T.S. Welcome desk, located at the Community Room.
The Welcome Desk will be open from 5:00 - 6:30 pm and again from 7:45 - 11:00 pm. You will be able to pick up your schedule, map, and meal tickets. The Make-Your-Own-Name-Tag table will be back, of course!
If you arrive between 6:30 pm and 7:45 pm, and you have reserved the Friday night group meal, you can come directly to the Bath Avenue House. Otherwise join the group at the Community Room at 7:45.
